    I think if you're not studying full-time you need to satisfy the activity test (show that you're searching for work or whatever) to get youth allowance.

    Thanks for that insightful contribution to the debate. Because anyone who expresses a left-of-centre opinion, particularly a member of the socially/politically liberal modern left, must obviously identify with Stalinist authoritarianism. Similarly, 'people like you' love Augusto Pinochet.

    Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread Yep. A fair few buildings (Quad, Woolley, Anderson Stuart) have N or S, and sometimes E or W, in front of their room numbers. I assume it's to help people find the rooms more easily.
