    Is it wrong?

i think the author didnt try to convey the idea that all commerce/law/dent graduates are in there because the course is more 'pragmatic' in terms of career options...rather that the numbers are disproportionately high. So while I agree that she fails to acknowledge those who truly do have a...

Differences between medical schools- PCL vs. PBL etc.

Monash has 2 (two) PCL sessions a week...one on Monday lasting for an hour just to raise some preliminary questions (refer to Part A) and one two hour tutorial on Friday (all other parts). Basically the case is presented on Monday and we don't get into the theory side of things too much. The...

Differences between medical schools- PCL vs. PBL etc.

    1) Alvin is right (shock horror!) in that it is actually PCL. I can't tell you exactly how that differs from PBL since I haven't done those but at a fundamental level they are quite similar. What a PCL involves is reading through a "Patient Centred Case" on Monday- which, as the name suggests...

    Online Specialties Quiz

i can see that you really dont belive this is an AF...and this argument is going nowhere so lets just agree to disagree aye? My evidence is one hundred years of clinical practice... I know that's not a real ECG but just imagine an imaginary grid drawn over it...

    Online Specialties Quiz

i will find evidence for you that it is AF... in response to your question there are three types of heart block and they are dependent on the ECG demonstrating at least some kind of sinus rhythm...you can't see any heart block here as there is no intrinsic rhythm
