I am currently doing a BBUS at UTS wanting to do a BCom/LLB degree at Macq. As the institutions wont tell us what subjects are equivalent. Would anyone here have any idea to know where to look or if someone has done this before. Thanks

Thanks flyin' Yeah ill email them tomorrow. Usually in a formal situation they shouldnt tell me the info but hoping they may just as a guide.

Would you think i should email them and ask them if my units would be given equivalent status or would they have it on the site or something. I have read the Commerce-mKTG/Law degree but cant find the straight Com/Law degree units of study. Thats a bit of a let down coz ive been on the site...

What would you recommend? I currently attend UTS doing a B Bus but would like to change to MQ. The program i do would be dpendent on credit i would receive for previous units. I dont expect anyone to waste their time attempting to analyse it but on face value wat would be the best...

Could someone please explain to me about the Commerce/Law degree. I read all the info and i still cnat work out if you do a Commerce degree or say something like Commerce-Marketing etc with the Law degree. Which is correct or are they both the same! Its only because u need to quote...

Jasee, would you recommend doing all subjects in same semester or mixing them up?

I was discussing with people how you must decide on a major next year and do a full year in ur major. then in yr 3 u can pick a major or 2 subs and then do that. however some one said u need to pick 4 the next 2 yrs at the end of this semester and then they mix up ur subjects over the 2 yrs ...

i do business but the science building with its lecture hall is quiet nice....... very big and good amount of seats (in most cases).

i wouldnt really say there pretentious at all....... there is some nice ladies in the course.......... do u think there pretentious because they dont introduce themselves...... coz its just the same as not introducing yourself u no........ they might be a bit shy....... its easy to...

theres many a good sort at uts esp. in business....... supposedly its meant to be a bloke majority course but its fairly even n there is a good number of sorts there........ has ne1 else noticed

yeah uts is pretty good. the buildings might be pretty ugly but what ive noticed the atmosphere and the people are really cool. The markets bar always seems to be buzzing with people playing pool, arcade games or just chilling and chatting. the tuts all seem quite friendly. there is a...

is there a way to ask for an amendment to ur timetable. for eg if acc is at 6-8 and the lecture at 11-1 is full

seraph..... my mate reckons that they dont take a roll so after a few weeks people decide to not go to lectures and stuff so u can most likely get away with it. just hope its not full wen u get in but wouldnt u think there would be an extra accounting lecture during the day..... they made one...
