My friend said your GPA doesn't count towards your transfer applications until you complete 48 credit points of uni subjects or something. Not too sure though, talk to a year adviser to confrim.

Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread The intro to C (what now is comp2129) was good fun. I liked the small quizzes each week as opposed to the massive projects you got in first year. They've adapted the same layout to some of the 3rd year ELEC courses and i'm learning alot more than previous years...

qtf, the city is seriously overpolluted and really humid. Go visit the islands and the countryside. Cebu, Boracay and Tagaytay...might want to steer clear of mindanao though :\ That being said, i'd go to hong kong myself...just for the really cheap guitars.

Well, if you know which processes are the source of the virus, just google the name. Of course, you can run an anti-virus proggie and see if it works. There are specific guides to removing certain types of viruses though.

If you choose the right subjects in an electrical engineering degree, you can do all the subjects that are in a computer engineering degree. In fact, there isn't much difference between the two degrees (at usyd anyway). Electrical, Telecommunications and Computer engineering courses at usyd do...

Whoa have you seen the lighting and graphics from those screenshots? I can see many computer upgrades taking place when this comes out :P
