Generally people do a PS146 after uni. The firm you work for will put you through it. Most PS146 holders are probably not graduates anyway, and they will do it as part of their professional training in a big4 bank etc. It's pretty expensive so im not sure if your firm will put you through it...

Doesnt matter. As long as you have done first year chem, bio (maybe, it didnt help that much), and yr12 physics you're ok. The most important part is the 3 months before the exam, and what you do in those three months.
You are best off asking the student advisor for Electrical Engineering (assuming that is what you are studying).
They will kick you out, if you are way too lazy. It sounds like you really want to do EE, but dont work hard enough.
