Yes, the UWS selection committee will consider your application based on your most current studies (approved), and your results in the UMAT. The courses you list are all very competitive courses to gain admission, since the majority include interviews, tests, additional portfolio items etc...

Ofcourse you can prepare. For example, you could read current health related articles, as well as responding to past medical school interview questions (record and tune your response). I realise the interviews are completed for 2008 admissions, but 2009 applicants take note of the above advice.
