the internal guareented transfer process has changed.. you have to apply through UAC to do it. I called up and they told me this is hte process now.

what was the reason for hte fail? if its something like absence, try and speak to them and maybe recolect that u were actualy there... if anythign else, yer basicaly u have to redo a subject in its place.
