Exam: How much did u write

exactly, if you put down what you needed to say, why worry bout how many pages. Unless it was something ridiculous like 2 or 3 where you could not possibly have answered the question in detail, everyone knows personally how much they need to write. Some are more succint than others...

    What was 9?

No arguments, just tell us what you think. I put c, my teacher has said it was d, which kinda makes more sense now since it was a dispute to resolve instead of address. Just want to know what everyone else put...

    multiple choice Q10

Guys tha answer is b. There is no arguing this one, arguably the easiest question on the paper. The answer is NOT native title. Native title is something invented by the common law. Dispute resolution is the basis of customary law, the primary aim being to resolve disputes and return to a...

    Question 8 was Tort law

I don't really care what all of you say, your mark has no bearing on my life. What Im saying is this exam was months in the making and they aren't going to include a question that disadvantages those who didn't do consumers. I don't see how it doesn't make sense sugamama.

    Question 8 was Tort law

It doesn't matter if the harm actually occurs or not, the potential was there. I know you think contract cos you're studying law, what Im saying is you have to look at the key terms of the question and relate it to the syllabus, which points undeniably to tort. If it was contract they are...

    Question 8 was Tort law

A civil wrong is an act or omission which harms an individual. In this case it was an omission (failure of quality control) that may have led to harm (I spose it could have been an act, they couldve been put in there deliberately). It was tort. The reason all you people are saying contract is...

    CASE STUDIES >> cheating

Well obviously if someone writes 'Crimes Act 1903' they are wrong. But I don't think they are too concerned with dates anyway. I mean if they are way off, yes, but they want to know that you know the acts, not the symantics of it all
