yeah but it is pretty sucky, you could top all of the humanities subjects (which are closer to the requirements of a lawyer) and miss out on the law course just because someone who did physics chemistry and 4 unit maths were scaled up. The people who top humanities are just as (if not more)...

they don't remark your exam so 'the more extensive marking schemes' argument doesn't really matter. Its just another add up of all your marks to make sure you have the right number. Its very rare that it comes back with any change, and is very expensive to get it done for all of your subjects...
