i know at kmart, they hire a big group of ppl at once. Normally a few months before christmas and half way through the year... (i.e. Around about now!!) Id be submitting application forms/resumes now!

at my work (kfart) Im am the last guy out of the my group that was hired all at once, left. Most of them have just said, Im leaving blah blah blah and that was it. But we are all casual nite fillers so maybe its different for others? I plan to leave my job soon, its boring and ive been there too...

When i went for a job at K-mart there were all different age groups but mostly 15-19 yos. You dont really need experience, just show them that you are sensible and mature and keen to work hard and learn lots! Its all about being confident. Answer all the questions as best you can.
