144 point lead at three quarter time. That is disgraceful. Surely there's nothing wrong with Terry Wallace's coaching, perhaps something wrong with the players.. Then again, he did fail at the Bulldogs too.

Surely not.. Gordon is a lot more talented than he is but I wouldn't go for either of them. El Masri for my best bet. He can score and save them.

Haha yeah quite a depletion but you gotta admit, he's a complete player and they gave him the entire season to play halfback with Manly 2 years ago and did an amazing job of it. Why not? =)

They're all horrible. If you were smart, you'd try Michael Monaghan. He has the build and the tenacity to play Origin with that bit of mongrel flair to him, can organise a team around the park and physically is more than likely able to match it on the field with the big boys.

There's far better going around than Lucas in the forward line. In terms of forwards, I would say Jonathan Brown, Matthew Lloyd, Quinten Lynch (believe it or not but he'll fade), Matthew Pavlich and maybe Lance Frankline if he fires this season.

Seeing as he's not going to win it this year. I'd surely love to see Scott West finally win it. He's probably the only current player most deservedly of the Brownlow yet always falls short.

Let's be honest - There were definitely clubs out there offering him deals of similar proportions to sign the big man but why the Roosters out of all teams? On paper they are a top 8 team but their forwards are past their best and their backline is vastly inexperienced bar a few. The Dogs never...

Goodesy is almost a definite to line up against the Kangas, there's not much doubt for him. It was a slight nerve pinch that got him, nothing too serious. I mean, he had enough strength to give Godfrey a good nudge with that shoulder.

Goodesy is ineligible to win his third Brownlow this year (hehe =P) but he successfully won his appeal so all is good. =) Kennelly gone for about 6 but I think he might be back earlier than expected. LRT due back in round 10 I believe. Ablett is still a possibility of lining up this weekend...

My point is that Noddy looks a better choice than Orford based on the fact that he's been there and is capable of performing. Orford does deserve the chance but at the moment NSW are in dire straits to find a ready-made and established halfback to fill that positional void. They gave Finch a go...

If Noddy isn't good enough to make it then I don't think the majority of NSW's potential halfbacks are good enough to make it. He's performed before on representative level and is showing some serious form at the moment to warrant a possible NSW jumper. Sharper? Noddy is as sharp as anybody...

Highly doubt their injuries are too significant. They'll be back sooner than later! I like the look of Jude Bolton back in the thick of the action. I have a hunch though, the only reason he was played across the half forward flank earlier in the season was because he was probably holding a...
