Well the 2nd day of the prep course last year consisted almost exclusively of taking down and going through those 55 questions or so, with some questions being seemingly redundant.

I agree with the stuff above, but the one thing that Dallas did provide - which was extremely useful - was the whole complement of UNSW interview questions - ie the pool of questions from which the interviewers can ask their questions. I believe the Dallas course was useful simply for the fact...

Yep, I agree with that - screwing up English doesn't really preclude you from getting 99.95...I'm sure that had you not made band 6 in any of your english units, you'd have still gotten 99.95.

Chanting for Hindi Songs? Dude, it was the tamil crowd that was chanting for Tamil songs, especially at the beginning...we were so vocal..they changed the peformance to suit the cultural split - not many of the Tamil songs after the break (lol, which coincided with Bosnia's singing) were...

There are a few requirements - look at the Combined Science Medicine website for more information: http://www.science.usyd.edu.au/fstudent/undergrad/course/com-scimed.shtml Mainly, a UAI of 99.95 is required to gain an interview. Also, you'll need a band 6 result in an HSC science...

Yes, interviews invitations are given to roughly the top 30 based on the UAI or equivalent results and certain individual subject requirements. In fact, interviews were held last year roughly 1 week prior to notification of offers through UAC.
