No it wont. You have to advise your supervisor that you must complete 70 hours of complusory work placement.

To qualify for the HSC you need the core modules and 4 electives. Because the electives are so diverse they do not have an elective section like say "Physics" would. So you dont need to "know" 4 electives for the HSC.
