yeah japs often drop the ~masu off of verbs in casual conversation .. without even turning them into plain form verbs. (strange eh?) I heard this Jap guy say on this drift racing dvd i've got: "I[XgAs" (I'll go to Australia) my two cents

we're doin listening every day in class now.. for a few weeks. its the best practice.. im pretty sure theyre the old 3unit tapes.. circa 1996 i think although i dont see how that will help you guys.. unless u can also get hold of these tapes

have you lived in, or spent any time in japan, lexicographer? if the answer to either is no, then i dont think youd 'kill' it ! Two years (minimum.. ive done it for six solid years) of high school jap is nothing in the real world mate !

i wish getting 80/100 for english would get me first ranking at my school.... sigh

id like to see anyone stay focused on 'revision' for more than 8weeks (including 3weeks of holidays and stu-vac) ...

sleepycat, they take the test in shifts.... ie different students get told different times to show up so they dont have a shitload of ppl all at once!!

what was the question?? im not sure if the Extension trial i did was masumis.. i know it was hard tho! eep! got 93% tho :D btw you might wana hold back from talking specifically about these tests just yet... a LOT of schools buy them from masumi and for the next couple of weeks theres...

yeah at least the HSC one will be easier if the trend of the past two years continues..... i did the 2002 one and got 25/25 for it
