As I recall the letter they sent me says that I will be "guaranteed" a spot for internal transer if I got 95uai + distinction average, or 97 uai + credit average.
One problem is that a combine commerce/law degree only allows you to do 1 commerce major and no minor or double major. So if you intend to be a commerce person this could be a problem. You should check whether other combines will have the same limitation.
