Uh-huh. Firefox almost never fails. :)
I don't use computer-based email like Outlook, but does anyone know if Thunderbird rips Outlook like Firefox rips Internet Explorer?
Well that's an opinion, I admit.
And yes, I agree that child pornography is harder to block as it's done differently than 'normal' websites. Hence another reason for the filter's fail already.
The filter aims to block child pornography sites, and they'll sneak in other pornography sites there I'm sure. Yep, pornography is disgusting, but there are better ways of dealing with it.
Apparantly some Christian sites and other religious sites are on the blacklist.
Now whatever happened to freedom of expression in a democracy?
Oh wait, I forgot, Australia doesn't have an official bill of rights. Although I do believe there are some rights specified in the constitution, but...
I agree with you there. But it would be a shame to see someone come to these forums (which are great btw) to get some education pointers, and to be scared off by the swearing. Just saying, but I'm happy to drop it.
Homosexuality is described as a sin in the Bible becasue God made man and woman to engage in the act of sex for the purposes of reproduction. That's the purpose of sex. And in His good grace, he made it pleasurable as well. :)

The Bible says everyone is forgiven by God if they repent, no matter what sin the have committed - that includes homosexuals.
If one has homosexual tendencies, that may not necessairly be a sin, but acting on those is definately a sin. If someone is homosexual but is convicted by the Bible that...
Apologies if there is an earlier thread on this. Mods, merge the threads if you feel appropriate.

What are people's thoughts on the Australian government trying to censor the internet?
+1.
People who say God hates fags and that the Bible calls for the supression of women have obviously never read it and are ignorant of what they are criticisng. People who discuss texts like the Bible ought to get to know it and what it actually means before they criticise it.
I completely agree. Society needs to take more of a genuine interest in politics. Until they do, this society will not improve and the government + large firms will continue pulling the wool over our eyes and making choices for themselves and not the general community. They are largely relying...
*thumbs up*
Yeah, I agree. None of them up in QLD are gonna remember what actually happened, except that they'll probably have AIDS and a massave hangover. Yeah - what a great celebration!
Chillin on the coast with mates FTW! :)
