Would the workshops about academic writing, essay writing and report writing be useful towards my course?

By the way, what is the Students Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) used for? Is SA-HELP similar to HECS-HELP?
I've completed my enrollment, however I wish to check and change a few of my details, including stuff to do with Fees & HELP. I've tried to access that section of my enrollment process, but they have been unsuccessful. Is there a way to access them so that I can check and change some of my details?
A few hours ago, I rang the IT Service Desk and requested a change of password. Now, I'm able to access myUNSW, but still not IDM. The first couple of times I tried logging into IDM, an error messaged showed up saying that they were unable to locate my account on their server, and now it says...
My accounts for IDM and myUNSW were working perfectly yesterday, however for some reason, they aren't working today. I've tried the methods mentioned in this thread, but none of them work.

The thing is that the UNSW Handbook doesn't specify which courses you do in Semester 1 and 2 for the first year, unlike for other years. Shouldn't that mean that the courses you are doing are the same for the whole year?

I still can't decide between Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)/Master of Engineering (Electrical) and Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW.
