Nah, upper deck's got economy class as well. My brother takes the upper deck every time he flies A380 cuz he doesn't want to squeeze with the million people sitting at the bottom deck! :D
I have felt really really hungry about twice now and I've only been working about a month. I absolutely hate it and am miserable when it happens. Fortunately, both times, my supervisor came and called me away to tea after awhile. Are we allowed to bring some small lollies in our pockets so that...
Oh right...that means mine hasn't been done yet. I found it weird cuz on my "offer" letter in that packet given during induction with your name, store name, pay amount etc., it stated that my Wk6 appraisal was in late April and it's already mid May.
Hey guys, has anyone ever been told their appraisal results? I know at Weeks 6 and 10 during your probation, your supervisor does your appraisal? What's that about? How do you ensure you do good in it? I've never had to do the produce test lol...I normally look at the stickers on the apples. Red...
I had an American customer a couple days ago who told me, "You're a great packer!" Haha...I've only been working as a checkout chick for a few weeks and it totally made my evening for her to say that. And on Friday, there was an old man who told me that I gave great service lol. Whee!! :D Oh and...
Email the prospective student's center of the uni you're interested in studying in. Ask them about degrees you could do with this strong command and interest in English. Ask them also what career choices there are. That should do the job. :)
When planes explode...I guess it's always more at the engines (because that's where the fuel tanks are which will provide an ignition source) so I think it's better to sit at the back or the front (if you can afford it). :D
From what I've read on the Everyday Rewards website, that seems to be the case. It's just that the card replaces the fuel voucher on your receipt (saving paper?) and that you may get a chance to win $150 Wish Gift Card. To me...I don't wanna see the gift card because that'll mean one more thing...
My store does but sometimes, I don't know what I'm supposed to say. I'm still new so I'm still getting used to everything else lol so I don't ask every single customer who buys over $30 lol.
Can anyone working in Woolies tell me what I'm supposed to say?
I've been on express since I started and I absolutely hate it when the customers put their baskets on the bag rack. How do you expect me to pack your stuff when your basket is blocking my rack? As such, I had to LIFT the heavy basket (filled with things like juice and milk...which weigh a TON)...
I did tell my interviewer my availabilities during the first interview. :) I believe he was one of the managers but wouldn't be mine. So do I talk to my manager straight after I finish my POS training?
Oh, on my induction packet, it said to bring my completed Tax form, Bank Details form and...
Done Induction last Saturday and am going for my Point of Sale Training on Friday. What does that include? I know I'll have to wear my uniform and bring some of those bank forms, super forms and what not. Anything else?
When do we talk to the manager about our availabilities, hours we want to...
Re: Woolworths FAQ- how to get a job
Yea, you'd probably need to call them up again.
Just did my group assessment at the regional head office today. The lady called us for an induction on Saturday after we finished that paper test (I actually managed to finish it lol...but I thought 48...
I was thinking if there was some kind of category system like tomatoes start with like '1' cuz there's like so many kinds! Hahhaa. Oh...next thing is to identify what veggies and fruits they are. =p I'm thinking ahead though hehe, I haven't even gotten the job yet! Anyone knows where to get...
Hi guys,
Just a question for those of you who've worked at supermarkets and have had to type in those keycodes for fruits and veggies. How on earth do you memorise so many of them? I've just applied for the IGA near my house and they aren't using the touch screen systems (with pictures heeh!)...
