Do you wish australia had Fraternities / Sororities?

they're not feasible n Australia. In Europe, Britain and America and it a tradition to travel and live at Uni. the Greek life is built on the principle that you live with one each other. If they were in Australia they would be clubs or societies because University accomodation is only used...

    rugby league/rugby union

You idiot. What part of the post do you dispute. I'm not saying League is crap. I like it. I just like rugby better. Most of what you said is right but how can you possible dispute that rugby players are more elequont.

    World XI to play Australia

Did you watch the last series. Because you are wrong. Pollock is in far better form than Flintoff with ball and even arguably with bat as well. It isn't too bad having three allrounders in one team if they can all claim a spot on one area alone. Kallis, batting, Pollock, bowling and that...

    rugby league/rugby union

There is an old saying. Cricket is a game for gentlemen played by gentlemen Soccer is a game for gentlemen played by thugs Rugby is a game for thugs played by gentlemen League is a game for thugs played by thugs While League is indeed tougher than union it is far less complex and takes...

Here are the certainties 2 Sehwag 3 Dravid 4Tandulker 7.Sangakkara 11 Murali 1. Gibbs, Smith, Strauss, Fleming (Strauss until the Ashes tour and if he fails i'd go Smith) 5. Lara probably 6. I can't see how Kallis wouldn't make it, he is in a serious hot streak. 8. Pollock ( I hate...

    World XI to play Australia

A shadow of his former self? Are you kidding? He's bowling as well as ever, if not better and his batting is still very respectable. He has the best figures of any modern all rounder. Only Kahn is better I think. 8 Asians isn't too unthinkable considering Gavasker is selecting. Pathan...

what career are you looking to go into after uni?

I know a lot of really influential doctors. The former doctor for the wallabies is my Sports physician and he's a family friend. An example of apparently how much influence they can have. This one bloke was travelling through England with his family befor he started uni at USyd. He met up with...

what career are you looking to go into after uni?

Arts and Sciences. I figure i'll do a course thta i enjoy to make sure i get a good average. I'm probably not gonna do the medicine program at USyd though. My parents suggested i do it overseas, so maybe Stanford, Rutgers, or most probably Cambridge. God I love having contacts for references.

what exactly is st andrews affiliation with usyd

Ok cool. I was wondering at that sentance, struck me as a little odd. i guess in indsight, the Aust colleges are still really similiar to the UK model, even despite that difference I mentioned. And as to the Paul's buildings fresher alley looks crap. "Late fuck" is the term I use to describe...

Which uni do you think is the most prestigious

No it's not the deciding factor but you're not denying that going to a prestige uni will enable you to have a slightly better chance at a job with most employers.

Which uni do you think is the most prestigious

Typical of someone who doesn't go to a prestige uni. While prestige may be subjective it is far from being valueless. Two identical job candidates, one went to CSU the other USyd, most employers would go for the USyd candidate

what exactly is st andrews affiliation with usyd

No the Sydney Uni colleges are nothing like the OXford and Cambridge model. In those uni's you live at one of the many colleges and you attend classes only with people from your college. The collleges are also not based on faculties so in effect the colleges act as mini uni's.

what exactly is st andrews affiliation with usyd

Yeah it is. When I say best I mean only facilities wise. It leaves every other college in its dust. As to the actual atmosphere I don't really know yet.

    Official Drew's Thread 2005

yeah I'm sure it was both of them going tit for tat for ages. That was easily the best moment of any aths carnival from 7-12. Did you ever race Dave Matthews. You know Drew's in America playing college basketball and making a pretty good dig of it as well.

what exactly is st andrews affiliation with usyd

At St Paul's, the better of all the colleges, you would basically need straight HD's to get a full scholarship and for a partial an HD average. the costs by the way are not astronomical. Only about 11k. I know that is a lot of money, but not for the services provided. Considering High School...
