2B should be fine. Have both black pens and pencils in case though (I personally prefer pencils for drawing graphs because you can always rub out if you mess up, which is much harder to do with pen)
A lot of your stimuli are generally contemporary based, so I'd say focus on contemporary. But then again, you never know what your stimulus will be so be prepared to adapt on the spot.

It is absolutely possible for you to make a comeback. I failed Extension 1 Maths preliminaries and several Physics tasks, but I still managed to secure a 90 + ATAR, so no need to worry if you work hard on your remaining assessments.
