    How to balance my subjects?

might be worth doing past papers to study just what you need for every subject (you can do past papers and pick out the areas you are worst at) and then going in to do extra revision after youve covered most of the content already

rant: end of y11 and i feel like a failure

rant: end of y11 and i feel like a failure

yes you can, im just not optimistic bc i can't cope with the pressure as opposed to the actual content. lots of ppl do worse in y11 and then learn based off their mistakes and do better in y12

    Private schools

mb i agree that private schools have an emphasis on cocurricular but thats not all of them i think, at least the ones in my locality dont care. also they do tend to have better cocurricular opportunities too bc public schools dont invest in that kind of thing generally. but the losing marks from...

    Private schools

moving to a higher ranked school, even a private school doesnt necessity boost your academic and extracurricular performance in any way it just prevents you from being dragged down by a cohort in a lower ranked school that might drag you down. if you're smart and very hardworking in a top 90 you...

    I need urgent advice.

i think the rationale was that switching in the middle of y11 was a risky decision and a lot of teachers and stuff advised against it saying he is is screwing himself over for y12. also it is hard to trust strangers online as opposed to teachers who probably know what you are like and stuff. idk...

How do I convince my teacher that i can do 4U?

sounds like a decent idea but some schools wont let you do that bc youre technically not supposed to sit tasks without enrolling, on the off chance they dont manage admin properly your school could get in trouble or at least thats what happend with mine

Guys am I cooked? I don't know what to do ATP for HSC

i dont think youre that cooked, you could probably make 83 i you really sweat externals. and yeah maybe dropping e1 maths might be a good idea even if you'll get clowned on bc you will be dragged to filth by that rank at least internally and its not worth trying to salvage it in my opinion. it...

    school rankings - serious question

there are still ways to get a decent atar without going to a good school. see if you qualify for eas or eapl adjustment factors for uni, do your best in internals and try to rank as high as possible. if youre concerned about any specific cohort of yours that is so shit that you feel like that...
