    So i chose partial payment for HECS when i was doing the form but i decided to change it and just pay it all later. Do i have to fill in a new form or does it not matter because i thought the partial payment was voluntary?

    so confused as to what courses i should be doing in each year.... i only know to do the compulsory but the handbook doesn't really say much about what to choose in each sem in different years (engineering handbook says what they should:frown2: do for some reason)
