hi official_m, I'm muhahahahaha. I'm also doing my prelims this year. Good luck, you need to find the motivation within yourself. I know its difficult sometimes knowing that it won't go towards your ATAR, but it all goes towards how you find motivation next term, and maintain it for next year...

I once had a trainee teacher for maths and she used terms we didn't even know what they meant. At that time we were doig percentages. I'm good at maths but not the percentages topic. I think I failed that test or just pased because I didn't understand anythig she taught us. She didn't explain it...

Yes I ahd NAPLAN...I hate them too!!! True. They give primary student the same writing task as high school students which was to write a narrative about the topic 'What a mess'. Languages is offered at our school. I have an idea of what I might choose, but there again it'sonly beginning year 9...
