    There is no "best subjects to do first". It would probably be the best to follow the structure as per the handbook entry (UTS:C10026v3 Bachelor of Business - Business,UTS Handbook 2010) which ensures you have no problems with pre-requisites in the future.

    Bachelor of business and law

    Yes, you will be able to do that through a transfer. Only concern you may have is you might lose the credits gained in the law subjects you do in your first year, and thus your degree may take longer to complete.

    99.5 rounded up to 100?

    Not rounding it up would be quite harsh. If you get a 49.5 and fail, you might have a compelling case with an appeal. Just to note, perfect scores are possible. I've seen it happen in an IT subject.

    Those who have less credit points gained than what they expected (e.g. 3 out of 4 subject) - it does not necessarily mean that you failed the subject- the mark may be withheld. This means that the result is not be ready.

    Like you said it might be a couple of days before the official release next wednesday. No guarantees this semester though, because you might have noticed onestopadmin had a system change.

    Yes. It should appear soon. One thing to note is it is the subject coordinator's responsibility to upload student lists to UTSonline, not SAU.
