    This is only a one week thing, not permanent. So my diet is allowed to be crappy for a week. I might eat almonds between salads if i'm hungry though.

    I'm going to give up my unhealthy diet this week. Only salad+ tuna+ water. Here's my workout regime for a six-pack: - Running up and down my staircase 5 times. - Jogging for 30 minutes - Everyday for one week. I just took a picture of my stomach now. Will do a before and after next sunday.
