iunoo i think neap and cssa have stuff thats beyond the syllabus so while they are challenging theyre asking things that are not expected of you. This is for the sciences. In regard to maths, they probably have some challenging questions. Haven't tried it for 3u much but for 4u there questions...

your best bet is get the other teachers to harrass her. Did anyone else complain? If she needs more conclusive proof then look through some past papers to see if you can find a similar question. Or at least, ask her to give a detailed explanation and then you go and ridicule it!

Just wondering, what is the significance of schools sending marks to BOS? I heard last year or the year before, 10 band 6's were sent to the BOS but we only received 6 after the HSC results were released. Does the schools marks aid in the scaling and moderating process or something?
