thought i would make a thread for sharing tips on how to prepare for them.
so, any ideas? :)
i think interview panels like to hear that you've chosen subjects because you genuinely enjoy them, so if that means no maths, then no maths it is.
seriously, i doubt it'd have any impact.
What is the pH of the solution which contains a mixture of 25mL of 0.25M HNO3 and 20mL of 0.35M KOH?

you have to use your ears! practise with your teacher in your usual lessons.
but having said that, i dont think its compulsory to know how to tune your violin until grade 4. so yes, i think your examiner was being a bit over the top there.
it's only necessary if you feel it's necessary, e.g. if youre falling way behind at school.
that being said, you can easily get through year 12 with a stellar uai without tutoring.
i think this is your major composition which you hand in to BOS in september for marking. if not, it's pretty much identical: based on Music of the last 25 years (australian focus) and max 2 mins...
