    V8 Supercars 2006

Really, I don't know what to think of what happened between Lowndes and Pip Squeak. I'm am very very tempted to say that Rick delibility took Lowndes off the road. It was obvious at the beginning of race 3 that something was going to happen, when was it Rusty? said that Tom told Rick that they...

    V8 Supercars 2006

Re: Well done Rick Kelly Yup. Rick can't win without his brother letting him through (see Tassy); Skaife letting him pass easily (see Phillip Island); Tander holding Lowndes up for 2 seconds a lap. Oh, not to mention when Uncle Tom told him that they don't need the car next year, what does...

Uh oh! Your starting to sound like me. :mad1: That is probably not a good thing :p Next year, Lowndes will take the number 1 and give Jamie 888 or 88. After all, number 2 stays with Skaife. Remember that they buy their numbers in V8s.

Hmm ... yes, that was a nervous moment. Well done to Lowndes to keep it infront of pip squeak. I was waiting for one of two things though: - Lowndes to get by Skaife and Skaife letting Kelly through / or Kelly to get by Lowndes when Lowndes did a mistake and Skaife slows down and lets Kelly...

Jenson Button - 2007 Formula 1 World Champion

Oh, this thread is getting more and more amusing by the hour! Oh, why wasn't a thread like this created before? - Familiar surroundings, given that he sponsored Williams last season, theres massive changes which his style of driving does not suit. Harder bridgestones do not suit his driving...

Jenson Button - 2007 Formula 1 World Champion

ROFL ... oh, this thread brought a smile to my face. Thanks for making me laugh! Michael Schumacher has more of a chance of winning his 8th world title in 2007; than what Jenson has winning another race or his first championship!

    The F1 Thread

re: The Official F1 Thread Yeah, we knew that :p Atleast winter testing starts on Tuesday. Too bad Kimi isn't allowed to test the Ferrari or Alonso to test the Mclaren. Theres only 111 days until the Australian GP *hits head*!

Good god! What are you lot on about? Australia vs Japan? Eh, I don't think so. Bringing other manufacturers into the sport, Toyota, Honda, Nissan (renault), Mitsubishi etc will only do more harm to the sport than going overseas. This was discussed in 2003, when Toyota wanted to enter (to once...

No idea who will fill in Diffey and Crompton for F1 next year. Ryan Phelan is heading off to the states as well. It looks like maybe Matthew White & Crompton to be commentating the V8s next year on 7. Only 7 points between Rick my voice hasn't broken Kelly and Lowndes. Oh how I wish I...

    V8 Supercars 2006

Once again Bahrain proves to be a boring race; once again 3/4 of the grandstand seats are empty; once again the coverage is awful ... I didn't even see the 888 cars pit stops or the toll cars stall or anything. And once again channel 10 insist on putting that shit on before the racing. And...

    Lecturers / Tutors around town...

I sometimes see one of my tourism lecturers on the train. I just pretend I'm either sleeping or reading on the train. I just ignore her, cause she won't shut up if she starts talking :p

    drained/tired

I've had assignments due in exam period for the past 3 years, and yeah I have 5 due this exam period, 4 today alone! Although I tend to have no exams :p But we don't have exams because our lecturers say its not the most effective way to assess what we have learnt.
