Well the duty manager is in charge when the store manager is not around...so i guess that makes him the equivalent to 2IC (2nd in charge) so yeah i guess that does give them authority over the CSM. man some1 needs to make a hiereracy tree for all of this.

Well im sure if u showed that u worked hard, ad were consistent and said yes to like all the shifts they gave u - then u might be looked at for PPT. But im sure the managers would like their PPT to be consistent and non volatile which are ussualy traits found in older workers than younger...

Yeah that rly shits me when customers complain about prices. But their to gutless to ask for a manager and complain to them so i always say "Do u want to speak to a manager about that" if they say no then u say "Ah thats fair enough, heaps of customers are fairly scared to complain to a manger...
