True, I often feel a lot more alert after a power nap... unless I fall asleep while studying... then I just feel all sluggish!

Tapping helps me think sometimes... but i don't do it often - I'm considerate to others :p

I had that problem with my exercise book and with my handwriting... I still have a fairly neat exercise book though and my writing's still pretty neat (I've been told I write like a woman :p)

Re: School captainincy nominations At my school, nobody really cares about the SRC, it's the prefect executive who has the most say. Also the SRC doesn't do much, again it's the prefect body.

Re: What university do u want to go after HSC? From what I've been told - USyd has a really really good sporting program - so if I get in - I can't wait to join up! There's also this thing called the 'Uni Games' - I only know because my friend's participating in them... so I'd be interested in...

From what I've experienced with Excel/understanding Maths study guides, they really 'stupefy' (not sure if that's a word) the content, so it's good if you can't get any grasp of the content, however I don't think that would be a problem for you - so Excel wouldn't be helpful for you in my opinion.

Yeah that's exactly what I'm thinking. The ONLY reason why I will study in the holidays is for my maths HSC this year - and nothing else. If I didn't have that - I'd be sleeping and going out all day. I also agree that you need to place a greater importance on friends, exercise... I mean these...

You're welcome. I'd recommend waiting to see your Chemistry ranking and mark and compare it to Biology in your Prelim report. If it's higher or equal - stick with chem, otherwise I'd say go to Biology (because scaling will only work if you do well in the subject - and it's more beneficial to...

Wish prefects had a special blazer at my school :( Actually on second thoughts... I'd have to pay for it and give up my current blazer (which I'm quite fond of)... so nah :p

Re: What school you at? LOL I get that a lot as well. Teachers tend to call me 'Nath', but I don't mind it - sounds better than being called by my last name.

Re: What is next for the 09er's? Yeah - I don't think I'll significantly change my life next year. I'm still going to do all the sports I do, I'm still going to go on MSN, I'm still going to listen to music and go out - I'll just do those activities less and do more study.
