What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

Nice guys are too nice to say something like that. I have to admit I found the bad-boy image attractive at one stage, and I could have been in a relationship with him but I told myself not to get involved. I think any girl with some sense would be able to tell which kind of guy will just end...

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

Honestly, that's really admirable, and they're very lucky. However, sometimes you don't know if a guy is right for you without being with him first. That's how you make mistakes, and learn from them. In the end, it's best to have the same happy fate as Skeeta. But don't expect everything...

Stop stressing over it. You can't change your marks now, so focus on the shortest way into Nursing. :) Kami posted some useful links on page 3. Have another look at alternative options and other BoSers' suggestions. I apologise for leading the thread off-topic. Good luck!

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

Tell me about it. Although I think at some stage, everyone (everyone sensible) grows out of it and realises it's really the other way around.

    Oten

At my school we were given a CD. It had OTEN stuff along with past papers and the syllabus for all three sciences.

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

What happened to Skeeta? Well, it's not always the case. Boyfriends break up with girlfriends too! It's hardly realistic to expect us to marry our first boyfriends. I for one have always been strongly against casual relationships, but I've had three ex's. Why did we break up? Because we were...

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

I must have been living under some fat rock, because I've never known or heard of anyone who did this. Well, this kind of behaviour definitely must not be tolerated. But about Casmira's post - don't assume that just because a girl's had a few boyfriends, she's only into flings and casuals...

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

I agree with you, and if I were a guy I wouldn't want a girl like that either. But do they actually do that? "You're so nice! When I finish having my fun with 50 guys I'll come back and marry you."

    = ) Organisation tipies!

Using your school diary isn't sad! Everyone used them at my school, anyway. If your diary is like ours, then it's very useful in keeping you organised. Get into the habit of checking it daily, and make sure you always write your homework in. Another important tip is to never have loose...

What does "You're a Nice Guy" Actually Mean?

You shouldn't let that restrict you. There are plenty of decent girls who have had boyfriends before. People break up for many reasons, not just because they got bored with each other and want to sex somebody else. :p

Phillip Pullman - His Dark Materials

They're going to make a film! Of course it won't be as good as the books, but still worth watching. Not much info: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0385752/

questions regard the whole concept of journey

A friend of mine left everything to the very last minute, memorised an essay the morning of the exam, and jigged a whole day because he hasn't started the assessment due the next day. He got an UAI of 99.55 (I might be 0.05 off) and duxed our grade. How ZOMG is that?

    Parents Reaction to UAI marks

You mean Bill Gates? :p Old topic - I agree that her daughter has done well considering her circumstances, which - if I may say so - could have been avoided with a little disipline. I really feel she is not strict enough with her child, and even though she believes it's good for her daughter...

questions regard the whole concept of journey

This might not be recommendable advice, and your teachers wouldn't tell you, but from the experience of me and people I know, you'll be fine as long as you have an essay ready - just chuck a part of the question into your introduction or conclusion. :p

    Choosing a Movie

Speaking of movies, here's a list of Supplementary Texts. It's okay to use a film as long as you keep the rules in mind. Choose texts that you're able to link together, and avoid selecting texts from the same medium. I think Pleasantville is a good film for imaginative journeys, but it...

Yeah, I know. There's always a chance she's for real. That's just scary, and very irritating. Oh! And your DP is the Donohue case with the snail in the drink! That is seriously the only thing I remember from preliminary Legal.

    Parents Reaction to UAI marks

Dudette, you are obviously very new to BoS, where bogus accounts and trolls can be found right under your nose, wherever you are. :) Speaking of which, welcome to BoS, and I sincerely hope you'll serve a purpose other than making others feel 2-inches tall. You're extremely smart, so why don't...

    Oten

Hey guys, how good is the OTEN material in covering HSC Biology topics? I'm thinking of reading up on some Bio before uni starts, because I've never done Bio in high school.
