    How can i b a mathz pro???

LOL! The reason why I used Coroneos this week was because MIF didn't treat the topic well enough! We were doing Parametric Locus at school this week, and basically the substitute teacher we had was referring to MIF's examples, and I basically had no clue what he was on about. So I went home...

    How can i b a mathz pro???

I don't mind the typeset to be honest. I admit the Ext 2 (4U) one is a bit hard to read. But the content is still good IMO. I guess the reason I like Coroneos is because it treats all topics thoroughly, unlike MIF.

    Cube Roots of Unity

In that case, you'd know better than me that these types of questions are not common.

    How can i b a mathz pro???

Our school uses Maths in focus, mainly because it's user friendly. But I don't find that it's that bad to be honest though. Although I do tend to use Coroneos (3U Revised Edition, and 4U Edition + the supplyment) to fill in the gaps. Mainly it's the structuring of questions in the worked...

    How can i b a mathz pro???

That's kinda close. Let t=time spent studying Let p=mathematical ability Now as t --> infinity p --> infinity xD

    Cube Roots of Unity

Jetblack, You seem to be not to be able to understand what I'm trying to say. Proving type questions in complex numbers is not common. I am not saying to skip those ones. All I'm saying is, if you were to have a HSC trial examination tomorrow, and I hadn't touch these proving stuff, then I...

Do you buy a yearly train ticket?

Which station are you going to travel from? If it's on the airport line then those trains don't stop at Redfern (except for the peak hour services that go via Sydenham instead of the airport), in which case you'd have no choice but to make Central your destination. Well you could change there...

    Relativity Conundrum

Then you will still see your image. Consider someone who is 'stationary' looking into a mirror. Now imagine an object moving at 0.999c past this person. Now, any frame of reference is as good as another. Therefore the speed of the object relative to the 'stationary' observer is 0.999c. BUT the...

Do you buy a yearly train ticket?

Excuse me, If you buy a ticket from Liverpool to the City then you CAN get off at Redfern as it's before the City. If you buy a single or return ticket then you can't and exit the station, then that counts as your exit at your destination. For weeklies or other types of tickets of this sort...

    Relativity Conundrum

You can't travel at the speed of light, otherwise your mass will be undefined.

    Why is G.P.E negative?

Erm, no... I've seen 1 or 2 mark questions in trials asking you the calculate the GPE of an object. So the negative sign does matter! Why would you give such misleading advice?

Do you buy a yearly train ticket?

Yes. If you have a weekly ticket you can have unlimited travels in between those stations, but if you buy a daily ticket then once you get off at a station before your destination, you need to purchase another ticket.

    Cube Roots of Unity

Not a proving type of question This is a different type of question to what the op was asking. Also, it seems that people have the impression that I was saying NOT to study this stuff. I certainly am not, all I'm saying is to study other aspects of the course which are more likely to be...

    Cube Roots of Unity

Were you the one that was taking advantage of those in the Physics Marathon? Yet you fail to point out a proving-type question using these results that have been asked before in past HSC papers ;)

Do you buy a yearly train ticket?

City includes all City Circle Stations (ie. Central, Museum, St James, Circular Quay, Wynyard), Martin Place, and Kings Cross (I think). If you buy a City ticket and are coming from the Western, Inner West, South, or Bankstown Lines then it will include Redfern as that stop is BEFORE the City...

    Cube Roots of Unity

Yes but I asked THREE maths teachers at my school who have been teaching for 25+ years and they don't feel that it will be examined, then I think they may be correct. When do we use those results? I haven't come across and we've complex complex numbers and polynomials already.

    HSC Physics Space Questions!

Yes but I don't appreciate you immediately jumping to the conclusion that I was deliberately posting something misleading. You could've easily posted something less sinister, but no you had to arrogantly try and look like the tough one. I was referring to the type of questions where you are...

    Cube Roots of Unity

That's not what I was saying. I was saying that in complex numbers they don't ask you to prove things using the results w3=1 and 1+w+w2=0 [WHICH IS THE TYPE OF QUESTION THAT THE OP IS ASKING]. I think it's still in the syllabus but I asked THREE maths teachers at my school (each with at least...
