    19 y.o. freak bodybuilder

Depends on the competition. There are 'natural' comps, but you only have to pass the tests for the competition to be classed as natural in most cases. So you can have years of use under your belt beforehand. If I remember correctly there are other comps where you have to prove a history of being...

    Setting Up A Home Gym

My bad, thought you were saying not to get a rack cos they were expensive.

    Setting Up A Home Gym

For 1 - Most racks (if not all?) have safety/spotter bars. Bench liftoff is the only potential inhibition with a rack. For 2 - My rack (which I believe is the same Powertech one that the above guy put a pic of) is rated to 1000 pounds, more than anyone but the elite powerlifters will ever get...

    Setting Up A Home Gym

Too much cardio will definately inhibit (depending on the level, maybe stop altogether) you putting on weight. Some people prefer to throw some cardio in, others prefer to focus purely on putting on weight. See what works for you is really the best advice.

    Setting Up A Home Gym

If you wna bike for general fitness I would vote to just using a regular bike and not sitting in a pool of your own sweat :]

    Setting Up A Home Gym

Just copied from an older thread: Setting up my own home gym at the moment, all that's left is the bench, just waiting till mums cc has the room for the order. I would say get a power rack, bench, and barbell+weights set. The rack lets you squat and bench with spotter bars, so you won't hurt...

    Fat burning foods?

Rozymisty - what would you get for your money? There is plenty of information available at your fingertips on the internet, too much even. A lot of people get bogged down overthinking everything and trying to apply every method they read about at once. I would personally never pay someone else...

Is Natarsha Belling (Ch. 10 morning news reader) Australia's sexiest news reader?

The blonde? Monique Wright. I think it's the abc, has a cute presenter. Dunno her name though.

Jamie Oliver's Eat to Save Your Life

That is the only worthwhile thing that was on the whole program, to be honest. Most people simply equate skinny to being lean / healthy, and it's not the case. Those skinny people who eat like shit, don't exercise and go on about their fast metabolism? Probably have a lot of internal fat, most...

    Gets easily tired at work

I stand for 12 hour shifts (except for the 10min breaks), I'm usually feeling it around the 10 hour mark. You're a dude (apparently) so I'm ruling out heels, harden up :] As far as energy... make sure your diet isn't full of crap. If you're eating stuff that makes your blood sugar crash that is...

    getting a scooter

Why'd he make you sell it? I'm buying jacket / pants (except draggins which will get later) overseas because it's so much cheaper. I got my gloves/boots here though.

    getting a scooter

Most gloves are leather, which is better than kevlar at abrasion resistance. Kevlar gloves are lighter and more dextrous depending on the type I think, not sure. I'm a fully sick racer *cough* so I've got these: Which sort of brings up another point, I guess. If you can afford to, spending...

    getting a scooter

Or curbs or poles or trees. For around town and inner city stuff scooters are great, tiny amounts of petrol and most scooters with any grunt will cain it up to 60km. If you're going to end up doing longer commutes or anything (which it sounds like you are not) then a big scooter/motorcycle is...

bogans with no jobs earn more than most of us will when we graduate

DOCS is already in place and in a position to do just that, however at a guess I would say is massively underfunded and understaffed, and if Australia has a similar situation to America etc there would be nowhere for the kids to go, especially older ones. Increasing funding will solve some...

bogans with no jobs earn more than most of us will when we graduate

From a quick read of google results, seems America is starting to use a debit card instead of actual stamps. That still increases adminstration costs, although I'd say less than physical stamps would, at least long term. Sri Lanka seems to have had (some) success with a food stamp program, this...

bogans with no jobs earn more than most of us will when we graduate

zimmerman I don't see how the potential for them to sell the food stamps / sell stuff bought with food stamps at a discount discredits food stamps. If they choose to do either, they end up with less overall?

bogans with no jobs earn more than most of us will when we graduate

Sort of a dead topic but oh well. Food stamps? I don't know if anywhere uses them (I think the US used to?) or if they're viable, seems like they'd go a ways to ensuring that such and such amount is spent on groceries. Don't care for the 'it's embarrassing to pay with food stamps' argument...

If you're trying to put on weight there is no such thing as 'too much milk'. Plus milk tastes pretty awesome anyways.
