They actually do employ people in paid positions too sometimes. Especially with programs like with young people, dropped out of school, to give them an income and learn skills.

Depends on the topic. Personally, mine would be more detailed, but I guess I really like Bio, lol. I would write maybe: Robert Hook ...outline discovery... Next scientist ...outline discovery... Last scientist ...outline discovery... Write one or two sentences on how it all comes...

There is no undergraduate Med at Usyd. Unless you get 99.95 and get into that special program, but even then you don't start until you've finished your first degree I think.
