I remember one of my friends used to have this one big binder for all his subjects and it was pretty sufficient to fit everything. Some subjects you just tend to take less notes and get less worksheets than others so one decent sized binder should be sufficient. Having 7 would be overkill imo.

Well seems like you really like the subject and are willing to put in effort. In that case you should be fine. You also have a modern history teacher at your school so if you need any essays marked or something you could just ask that teacher. So imo I don't think you have a disadvantage at all.

Yes students are excelled further but that's because they can handle it. Most students in low ranking schools wouldn't be able to hand it and so they don't go ahead.

It might actually say that because they have not gotten an atar yet and so technically have not met the admission requirements. But I don't remember if I had that or not so just contact UAC or something.
