Sorry but this is incorrect. Internal marks are not moderated to be very close to the external. His internal as he suggest will most likely be a low band 5 or something but they're not going to moderate it up just because he smashed the externals.

It's cutting it pretty close. In 2018 a 72 Raw was 90 on the dot and this year seemed to be easier.
