Try going to a GP for starters and ask for it, the GP visit plus blood tests, Blood Pressure Tests will be covered under Medicare. Oter stuff like stress test and stuff idk if that costs extra or what never had one.

Yes you canchange your preferences, the date for us was 5th or 6th January, about 20ish days after ATARs came out. This is the census date and you have to change it before this, so you get about 20 days after atars to change it. Yes you can add/delete/etc to your hearts desire before that date...

IMO using a scribe won't be as efficient looking at how the thought process works. But if there's no alternative, do it I guess.
