IMO too tall for a male is above 6'4" and too short for a male is anything under 5'7" Female too tall is above 5'11" and too short is... well... 5'3"~

UTS isn't bad, it's convenient plus the rep is ok too, a couple of my friends are doing various types of engineering degrees at UTS and they like it, plus the timetable is a little more flexible than UNSW with your subjects and timings etc... so you can have a little more options/tailoring to...

I'm 6'-6'1" somewhere and I need another 2.5 inches, hopefully I still keep growing til age 21. and I grew about 1.2 inches last yr or something so I might have some sort of chance? :)
