I signed out on Monday. At our school, maybe all, you get a sheet and have to get all of your teachers to sign it saying you've returned all text books. Apparently you have to sign out, at least at ours.

I haven't done this myself, but I have a friend who applied. You should go to the tafe website by searching on google and search for the course you want. Application dates ended on the 31st October (bastards), but there are apparently courses which don't have a closing date for applications, so...
