"Assessment Rank Order from 13 November"

Haha my ranks aren't very good. But I already knew that. ID number is student ID number. Ancient history (hated this): 30/52 Biology: 16/49 Advanced English: 29/94 Legal Studies: 10/18 General maths: 7/86

If you could go back to the beginning of the HSC...

-I would have dropped Ancient History instead of IT, or switched Anecient History classes at the beginning of year 11, or just not chosen Ancient History all together. -I also would have tried harder in all of my classes, I never felt the stress of the hsc, so it didn't feel as important to me...

    (E) None of the Above! | English Literary Technique on MC

Yeah I know, but it could probably still be considered alliteration as well. MC is crap.

    (E) None of the Above! | English Literary Technique on MC

Very true. Legal studies multiple choice is absolutely ridiculous. There are so many times when more than one option is technically correct. -.-

    (E) None of the Above! | English Literary Technique on MC

Well I don't know what the question was, but it sounds like you could be right. Though it could technically still be considered alliteration, especially if they shared the same first syllable... so something like... Sally sang... sadly or something.

Which faculty had the "best" Teachers?

Each faculty at mine had some good teachers, and some bad teachers. Science was mostly pretty good.

    Maths Study

It's only the SC so it doesn't really matter. But, if you do struggle with some topics in class, I think you should go through your text book and work through examples of those problem areas. I always have been a night-before the due date person myself, that's all I ever needed, if I studied at all.

Difference between evaluate, assess and discuss?

Hopefully you're still awake. With both, it's up to you. You can discuss advantages and/or disadvantages, just make sure you have evidence. The only difference between assess and evaluate is that: Evaluate: Make a judgement based on criteria Assess: Make a judgement (more broad). And you're...

Difference between evaluate, assess and discuss?

Evaluate: The law is very effective in achieving justice, as can be seen from its reform of law. Assess: This experiment is not very effective, as can be seen by many things such as cases around the world, results obtained, and a large number of other factors. Discuss: The study of ancient...

Help!!!!!!!! with gen maths questions plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the first one to figure out the time difference, you don't look at the map. From the longitude/latidude given you figure out the difference. 15 degrees = 1 hour (we calculate this on the E or W, not the S or N). 120-15 = 105. 105 divided by 15 = 7 hours difference. So, to calculate the time...

i hate exams... why are they necessary??

I never studied for my SC, and I got back from my trip to Japan just a couple of days before I did it lol. I still managed to get good results for everything except for history (which I never paid much attention in). Seriously, don't stress over it, if you intend on getting your HSC your...

What won't you miss about high school.

    - The year 10's. They were so ferrel even the teachers hated them, and expressed it to us (Our school is split across two campuses, one with 7-9 the other 10-12). - A certain "friend" of mine who got her mother to get doctor's certificates for her and applied for misadventure even when she...

are you a english or maths person?

According to my marks, I'm better at maths. My only problem with English is that I hate essay writing, so I got some crappy marks. But despite my marks I don't think I suck at it, so meh.

    What was your top/worst subject?

Re: Easiest Exam? I'd have to say definitely general maths. The others sucked for me lol.

Your bedroom during the H.S.C =]

lol. During the hsc, my room was literally coverd with school sheets. It was barely even possible for me to walk on the floor without stepping on paper, it was quite bad. I've finished my hsc now, and threw out everything. Now my room is walkable. =] Not really clean though.

Why is it that I'm having HSC-Dreams now? AFTER I've finished my HSC?

Yes, the same thing happened to me! D: I had two of them. But I only seem to remember one of them now. It was the morning of my general maths exam, and (keep in mind my dreams can be totally illogical) 2 of my friends wanted to go shopping in Sydney. It was 1 hour before the exam, but I was like...
