Aren't both in different states? Monash also has a good ranking, USYD in terms of ranking alone is only a bit better. I wouldn't move to a different state just for such a minor difference, so if I had to choose between the two I would pick the one which is in my state as both seem to be good and...

Ah that's because SENG requires you to do Honours where you have to do a long project or something whereas CS does not force you to. CS also doesn't have the crappy SENG courses like software construction and ergonomics and what not I would definitely recommend CS over SENG

^yeah lol?? Everyone I know of is employed. Law is much more saturated than other fields yet still so many people want to do it. Just do what you like

Unsw is better for computing, quite a bit better maybe because I've heard a lot of bad stories from students at usyd. And for Science really there's not a difference as such, so unsw was the way to go
