Lol... they have 130 BILLION $ in cash, enough to nearly buy google or microsoft. Anyways I would recommend waiting to see the next iPhone or S4. If you can't wait I would say go with the i5.

I would recommend a mba or an iPad with keyboard (logitech ultra thin kb is what I use) or any tablet with a keyboard for that matter.

Pages it the best mobile word processor imo. Anyway Microsoft word for iOS is rumoured to come soon and there are lots of other alternative word processors on the App Store. I Use an iPad 3 with a logitech ultra think keyboard and it works well for school. Also all my pages files are available...
