I would say fuels mainly because crude oil and other commodities such as gasoline are traded so much.

it would be B) fuels

manufactures aren't technically a commodity if we are going by the economics definition of a raw/primary material

As of 2011-12 commodities and resources in Australia accounted for 54.2% of trade. Australia is very commodity dependent and relies heavily on this. As for global trade I'd assume it would be commodities because coal, iron and minerals keep the world going. How do you think we are able to have electricity? Coal is burned in a power plant to produce this. Thus I'd assume minerals are the most traded in volumes. However agricultural/rural goods wouldn't be too far behind
