My CSM makes all of the a service supervisors print out: Voids report Price enquieries No Sales Refund report (an explanation must be given for refunds over $20) And high number of Voided transactions So who ever opens must print these out everyday and chase them up...other wise we get in...

It didnt take me very long. My first transfer took about a month, but when I wanted to get transferred back it took 2-3 week. Although they were a bit pissed off that I wanted another transfer within 3 months, back to the same store. Lol.

Is it like this depending on the CSM? Cos at my store we're always either 1 or 2 people up (over forecast) either that or exact (not under or over forecast). But my old one we where 1 to 2 down. Or is it the amount of money stores make that influence the rosters?
