I've had enough of my new store. Do you think they will be able to let me transfer back to my old one? Everything is sooo old and they dont think they will get the refurbishment till next year. I miss my old CSM, he was so awesome! Anyways, hope they let me!

I mean like I thought we must have made more then enough what they expected to have Over Forecast on the grids for all of the say. So the CSM isnt scared to spend money when we arent making what they need. Sorry dont know if i'm making sense?

My store is generally pretty busy but we always have staff on checkouts to cope. I thought it was because we made more $ then expected. So I went and looked at the sales plan for this week and last and everything is written in red, meaning we didnt make what they needed. Does this mean the CSM...

Good morning fellow Woolworthians!!! Do staff have to do any preparation for the refurbishments? E.g, clean out the service desk, stationary draws, smoke shop etc? Just wondering.

whats the go with my Office numbers? I was put in as Service Manager access and now only today went it and only have Service Supervisor. Not happy Jan! Can you change them with Office Cashier access? Cos I have them too. Can you change them over with that?

I read somewhere that when Tesco or Costco or something like that comes to Australia next year, Woolworths will become partners with them. They must be scared. Even I am. I like working for the biggest retailer in Australia! Hope that never changes.

You do get paid for a tea break..just not lunch breaks.

We moved and my old one is like an hours drive away lol. But I dont think I really care about that anyways now. I could just move back in with my mum, she's like around the corner from it..

Anyone know if there is a list of upcoming store refurbishments, that we can view? With dates and stuff. I cannot stand the old format, its soooo old and scummy looking. Especially after a few years, my store looks really tired lol.
