Has anyone compared the standard of assessment between institutions? e.g. Equity @ Macq law v Equity @ USYD law I have seen the exam papers for both institutions in the same year and I would say that there is a difference in terms of difficulty.

I doubt anyone has a copy of that textbook - last year's class used Gray et. al.
