We use a different James Ruse syllabus. It has topics organised in a different layout. The 3U syllabus is virtually identical to the 2U but goes into more detail on certain points etc. To be honest, unless I look at the syllabus and see the 3U tag there, I really don't know what it is.

I like maths, but I also like English. I used to lathe maths, but some of it is pretty fun. Probably because it's a challenge to me and I succeed. English I basically make up anything and think its shitty with little ffort and I sitll get praised and get good marks. So it's not a challenge...

Finished Locus :D. Now we're on graphs and functions. By the way, I'm in Maths 7, so basically everybody else is better. Also Ruse has a weirdass way of doing this. Basically after graphing we're diving straight into calculus.

Let t-2=x Let t+2=y Therefore, you have x^3 + y^3 = (x + y)(x^2 - xy + y^2) Now sub in original values = (t-2 + t+ 2)(t^2 - 4t + 4 - (t^2 -4) + t^2 + 4t + 4) = 2t(t^2 + 12) And thats it. Not hard really, except typing it out on a computer. Same asnwer as above, but with working.

Which one do you want to do? Tbh i'd say go with Bio since you dislike the Phys stuff, which means you wont do as well and Bio is a nice choice for your field.

SAM says 98.95. Congratulations. That's pretty awesome tbh. And all those first means if you maintain those kinds of rankings in externals you'd porbably be getting 99+ pretty easily.

I'm not too interested in a study group but we started Locus on Thursday. Also we use Fitzpatrick.

SAM is spitting out 83.60, but it isn't taking into accoun those rankings. I think roughly 90-95ish is possible.

My maths teacher told me roughly 15 minutes of work per unit per night is a good standard to set yourself to do. This is all flexible, but for most subjects 30 mins a night on that subject should be enough, unless you're doing extensions etc. An extra 15 mins per unit on Weekends for study...
