It's James Ruse. Once given their estimate every kid will work harder to push themselves from a 99.2 to a 99.5, then a 99.7 then a 99.9. You can't get 100 on your estimates afaik. Because that means you won't put in more effort.

For dp, a shocking English mark (96) sitll gave him a great UAI (100). Jesus, I was just chiding him. I was joking.

Shocking = 96 and Great = 100 dp =P
