^ Not "B of Arts", but arts itself - creative arts, performing arts. I already work part-time as a dance teacher, and I think that's about as far with teaching as I want to go... at least with dance teaching it's very flexible, and you have a strong influence on the content you teach. You don't...

Could hebE really over his EX, if relationship had to end because of DISTANCE

Re: Could he be really over his EX, if relationship had to end because of DISTANCE My theory is that if it's possible to remain friends after breaking up, it's possible to email people after breaking up :P (because email is a form of communication). It's also possible to email people when...

    losing weight?

Re: to lose the weighttt Fruit is "good", but it's also very sugary.... prob not the best idea to have STACKS on a regular basis (both for weight and long-term health reasons, eg diabetes). I also have no motivation to "run on an oval by myself" :( Sport is an option (if you like it), or...

    losing weight?

Re: to lose the weighttt Slow weightloss is good weightloss. Anything paticularly "quick" or "easy" is almost guarenteed to ensure that the weight just comes straight back on. Brisk dog walks are good, but probably not enough to take it past 'initial weightloss' or 'maintenance'. What's the...

Does anyone actually use hair rollers to curl their hair anymore?

I don't know whether this is just a fluke I manage with my own hair, but since yours actually has some natural curl maybe you can give this a try: Unless I'm using heated rollers, I need super-strong product in my hair to make anything stay. Unless I put rollers in just before my hair fully...

Does anyone actually use hair rollers to curl their hair anymore?

Once upon a time, I did the "leave curlers in overnight" thing. These days I've discovered the wonderment of heated rollers :D Yes, I like sleeping without things digging into my head. I have no idea how our foremothers dealt with curling their hair almost every night!!!!! The "doll" looks is...

    crapcrap..

You think your industry is hard to get a job in?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!! You have no idea how many times I have heard "now, if you want to leave the fickle arts industry and pick up something stable like... say, actuarial studies..." :P Go where your heart tells you to go, or follow the path you're...

    ARTS210 question.

What will actually happen is that you'll have a one-hour "lecture" (like an excursion) starting at 10am (assuming they still say it's a 9-12 lecture) at any given arts institution - the Museum of Sydney, a publishing house, Darlinghurst theatre. They factor in an hour beforehand and afterwards...

Does anyone actually use hair rollers to curl their hair anymore?

YES that's the description! They do look like porcelain doll curls (at least in my hair and with my curlers) even if I use big rollers. I don't mind about how long it takes, just what the results are :( Sigh. Decisions decisions... Tulipa - is your hair really fine?

Does anyone actually use hair rollers to curl their hair anymore?

Long story short - just got hair cut, hairdresser did that GHD curl thing, and once again I am in LOVE with hollywood hair and anxious to be able to do it myself. Was going to buy one of those silver bullets, but then I think Myer had a sale or something, and... yeah :( "and suddenly, I was...

So um, when do I need to (get a form, then) hand my form in?

^ it was like, 2am when I was panicking!! I can't ring up SES at 2am!!! :p I went to uni today though. Filled out that transfer degree form. A little worried because GPA is 2.25 as opposed to 2.5 (Ridiculously close to credits in seconds semster for two subjects though, so hopefully can get...

    Pride and Prejudice... the movie

I just saw the movie version a few nights ago, also saw the BBC (Colin Firth) version last year and totally fell in love with it. Haven't read the book yet, but hopefully will buy it soon! :) I had some heartstrings tugged by the beautiful story, but I didn't find myself as "addicted" to it...

    memoirs of a geisha

I JUST watched the film for the first time today, on DVD (yes, I suck. I'm too lazy to go see a movie, so I wait till the DVD comes out, then I wait till it hits the "you may rent this for three nights" period so I have plenty of time to watch all the special features, too). I was totally...

So um, when do I need to (get a form, then) hand my form in?

hrm, that doesn't sound right :/ the BCA (what I want) and BCA Int (what I'm currently in) appear as two different degrees... although they basically do exact same units. Ah well, will just print out email and go figure it out at uni tomorrow :) And seeing as I don't have the "2.5 GPA" listed...

Once more for the paranoid bee. Is Change of Program and "Transfer Degree Form" the same thing? or different?
