I'd recommend just getting a standard one. There's room for about four stamps on each page and with 32 pages I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.
I think the problem is that people are "allowed" to be overweight because they can say that it's a disease, that it's beyond their control and easily rest on that notion, thus keeping them overweight and blame free.

It's honestly not that bad, parking is always a bit hellish in the first few weeks but it does settle down a bit. Also, if you live fairly close, there's nothing wrong with public transport either.
